California Polytechnic State University wrongfully targeted the minority by using University Police (Mike Kennedy) to prevent him from entering his class for non-payment of registration fees. For cover up, university state employees decided to frame the minority with a crime using his ethnicity along the way. A University Police report was falsified stating that the minority had threatened to shoot a university employee with an AK-47. The term AK-47 was used specifically because the minority has a middle eastern ethnicity, and the false allegations were made generally to have the INS deport him. BUT, it didn't work since not everyone is a racist or corrupt.
Have been using local cops (specially Sheriff's) and civilians to stalk and harass the minority in the streets. After the minority filed a complaint with the Sheriff's Internal Affairs, the minority was told by Internal Affairs that the university (Mike Kennedy) had been passing information about the minority to the Sheriff (wouldn't be more specific).
Illegal tapping of the minority's communication lines (phone and online). Using obtained information to interfer with many aspects of the minority's daily life: from influencing employment to hacking into accounts to making harassing phone calls; government using tapping as another tool for persecution and oppression.
The Financial Aid Director wrongfully denies the minority any financial aid.
The minority starts posting his situation with the university on the web; the university administration starts altering information in the minority's financial aid file to cover up for wrongfully denying him any financial aid.
The minority is targeted by the racist university administration; he is prevented from entering his classes by the corrupt university police detective, Mike Kennedy, because the minority is not able to pay his registration fees. The university president uses his influence on local law enforcement agencies and other civilians to stalk and harass the minority in the streets; plus, the university administration tries, unsuccessfully, to fabricate crimes against the minority to keep him from returning to his classes.
The minority insists on a university hearing for wrongfully preventing him from entering his classes. As a result, sometime in September, the racist university administration wire taps the minority's home communication lines and it moves a mercenary spy next door to the minority. ...The mercenary spy goes by the name KEVIN PRAMANN and his cover up job is CHIROPRACTIC.
The racist university administration reluctantly gives the minority a staged worthless hearing but only after a university police detective, Mike Kennedy, has fabricated cover up university police reports with vague content (just ink on paper); the outcome of the hearing is like its procedure: worthless, vague and shallow....The more the minority complains about the many wrongful doings of the corrupt State employees against him the more the minority is persecuted by those corrupt state employees with extensive government resources and influence on local cops.
